A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Properly and truthfully filled out Visa Application Form, to which one passport-size photo is attached.

2. Valid passport with blank pages and a photocopy of the data page.

3. Hong Kong guarantor (or company name)'s address, telephone number (if none, please fill in form with "No guarantor").

4. Copy of other country's Resident Permit (if any).

5. Round trip air-ticket booking list, hotel reservation & Ghana company register certificate, tax clearance, true bank statement and employed certificate.

B. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Additional documents deemed necessary by different visa purposes as follows:

1. Business Visa: Original invitation from Hong Kong's host company

2. Tourist Visa: Holiday certificate from company.

3. Family Visit Visa: Hong Kong relative's name, address, telephone number etc.

4. Transit Visa: Valid visa of the destination country (or region) and connecting flight tickets.

C. Requirements for Employment Visa, Training Visa, Family Reunion or Settlement Visa, Student Visa, Please visit website http// www.immd.gov.hk

D. Diplomatic & Service passports are Visa-free for transit and staying within 14days.

E. All the visa application documents have to be submitted in original together with a full set of good quality photocopies.

F. All applications whose visa documents sent to HK immigration will get response from HK within 4 week
