H.E. Ambassador Zhang Keyuan donated 20 sewing machines to the Afhafo-Ano North Constituency farmers on 26th April. Mr. Kwame Owusu Frimpong, MP, Chairman of Ghana-China Parliamentary friendship Association and Vice Chairman of Foreign Affairs Committee presented the ceremony.

Zhang expressed that the bilateral relations have been further strengthened by the official friendly visit of H.E. Mr. Jia Qinglin, Chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Chinese government is willing to provide assistance to Ghanaian people. By providing 20 sewing machines to the farmers in the constituency, we hope the living conditions of the farmers could be improved further. Mr. Frimpong expressed his agreement and said the Chinese friends indeed provide timely help. He also appraised highly all the assistance provided by the Chinese government.
