To prevent the spread of COVID-19 more effectively, the time for Chinese passport, document notarization and document legalization will be changed as follows from March18, 2019：
1. The time for Chinese passport and document notarization will be changed to 8:30am-11:30am, TUESDAY MORNING AND THURSDAY MORNING. The submission will NOT be accepted on Monday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon.
2. The time for document legalization will be changed to 2:30pm-4:30pm, TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON. The submission will NOT be accepted on Monday afternoon, Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon.
3. The time for visa, which is 8:30am-11:30am, Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Friday morning, is kept unchanged.
